Theodore's Travel to

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Hi friends, I am so happy to be back telling you about all my travels.
Larry took me to the Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at MK. And I was dressed up as a MOUSEALUMP and did I have a great time!
As we walked into MK it looked so different than last time I was there, it kinda looked like they hadn't dusted in a long time. Cob webs all over the place and people were dressed funny. There were ghosts, goblins, and things I had never seen before. As I always ask Larry when we go to a party "are there pins?" He told me yes.

We walked down main street on our way to Liberty Tree Tavern where we were going to have dinner with some characters that were dressed up funny like me. One thing I didn't know was it's was my birthday. Yes Oct.21, 2000 was the first day I met Larry. When we arrived there were 8 of Larry's fiends to celebrate my birthday and to have fun at the Halloween party. One person looked alot like Mr. Disney and he wasn't dressed up for Halloween. My Aunt Pati was there, she took me to Disneyana at DL.

We also got to see Pluto, Goofy, Minnie, Dale and all the waiters and waitress were all dressed to look very ghoulish.

Now one of Larry's friends, Bill, I guess thought he was a waitress. He put on an apron and took the dessert tray around to other tables. We all were laughing so much when one person from another table came up and gave Bill a $1 tip. All of this was the beginning to a wonderful night.

Now as my tummy was full of yummy food, it was time to trick or treat. We started to walk around MK seeing all kinds of people dressed up for Halloween, pumpkin decorations and trick or treat candy ! Main street was all decorated and the buildings were lit in colored lights with BIG pumpkins.

We all wanted to sit down and eat some candy so we went into the Diamond Horseshoe Saloon Halloween Revue, and just for Halloween they had the Cadaver Dans. They sang to us and were dressed to look like they were a little dead.

We had just enough time to get our pictures taken and then off to the fireworks. I like fireworks, pretty lights and big booms! The castle was all different colors and WOW ghosts were dancing acrossed it. Then half way thru the show it stopped and a witch appeared waaay up on top of the castle and everything turned very scary for me, but Larry held me tight and I was just fine.

When the fireworks were over and I thought it was time to leave, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Parade started.  It started with my pal Pooh & Friends, I saw scary trees but no Heffalumps and Woosles. But lots ofscary villains, dancers and Goofy, Mickey and Minnie.

We all had a wonderful time and can't wait until next year comes so maybe I can see you there.

Thank you for spending a little time with me.
I think Larry is taking me to the Epcot's Food & Wine next week, OH BOY FOOD and PINS !!!

Love Theodore
